Your SOVRASTA desktop lives on our servers. Open it from the browser of a laptop, a tablet or an old PC: we provide the power.

More processors, more memory, more storage or a graphics card: turn them on for the project that needs them and pay only for that period.

- SOVRASTA's code will be public: anyone will be able to read and verify it.
- There's no Windows license inside to pay for: that's why the rental costs less.
- Your files stay yours. We don't use them for advertising and we don't sell them.

Questions
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. Our servers do the heavy lifting: all you need is an up-to-date browser and a stable connection.
Can I use Windows programs?
Some, yes, through a compatibility layer. We'll publish the list of programs we've tested, both the ones that work and the ones that don't.
Is the graphics card always on?
No. You turn it on only for the projects that need it, and you pay only for the time you use it.
When does it open?
The cloud desktop is in development. We'll open in groups, in order of sign-up to the waitlist, and we'll write to you when it's your turn.
What languages is it available in?
This site is in 43 languages, and the desktop will follow the same path.
